Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course to other students because i have learned so much about health and the body already in my third week of class. Also the teacher is very passoniate about his students just trying, he said i dont care about your grade but i do care about tour efforts. That spoke volumes to me as a student. That a teacher really cares about the student and not so much about your grades.
The highlights of this course are the wiki's. Where a student ask a question about5 health from the book and another student have to come and answer that question from their text book. Then turn around in the same discussion board and ask a question about health to their fellow classmates. I enjoy this because this helps you find out more about health and the course you are taking.

Just be ready to challenge your self on your eating habits and your physical activity. The teacher will have you do a log on what you ate for the day and a log for your physical activity for the week.
