Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

After switching my major from Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 56 credits completed towards an associates degree, I can undeniably state that this was the single most interesting entry level course that I have taken.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course for me was participating in Mr. Lorenz's rather competitive test preparation games which made the course not only comprehensive but fun. The course covered a variety of topics which not only included criminal justice structure and procedure, but it was consistent and up to date covering such recent events as the Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention to details, as Mr. Lorenz is a thorough instructor. The material is wide ranging and might possibly overlap with other criminal justice topics that are covered in other criminal justice classes such as: criminology, corrections, and court procedures/practices.
