    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed the material in the course, but I did not care for the professor, Cynthia Gruver. She basically reads her Power Points in class, making the lectures very boring.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning more about business law. I learned the differences between types of corporations, the essential aspects of a contract, etc.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't forget to do the online homework, Gruver gives a lot of it and she is NOT flexible in any way on due dates. If you forget, it is a zero on the homework, even if you do it all late.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The material is interesting, but Professor Gruver is a pretty boring lecturer.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about contract law and the essential components of contracts.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take Professor Gruver, be prepared to teach yourself some of the material yourself. She will test on ALL the material whether she lectures on it or not.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a very interesting class and the teacher was amazing. It's crucial for a business major to understand the laws behind their business. The devil is in the details for this class, so be prepared to spend a lot of time reading and studying outside of class lectures.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was being awarded the emerging Scholar Award and I learned that law is very language specific. One worder such as and, or or can completely change the situation so read carefully.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pick a helpful professor and find a study group as soon as you can. Read read read and then read it again.
