Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

General Nutrition gave its students an understanding of how the food you eat affects the body down to a cellular level.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course helped me understand many of the misconceptions a majority of our population has about how the eat healthy and lose weight.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

A general understanding of biology doesn't hurt but as always reading the required textbook and studying terms given will give an advantage for tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention, study, read, and don't fall behind.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course, no fluff. Study the powerpoints and you'll do fine on the quizzes and final.

    Course highlights:

The movies and discussions were entertaining. It was nice to hear people's opinions about food, considering the different backgrounds everyone was from.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is not a course about "what to eat and when" or "what is the best diet for losing weight". It is a science based course, mainly dealing with biology.
