    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to everyone, because you will learn a lot of things that you do not know about health and nutrition and it will be helpful in real life whether it’s in the long run or not.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about health and nutrition, a lot of things that affect me in real life and great information to know.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to read the chapters, if you are knowledged in nutrition or fitness you will do fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would whole heartedly recommend this course to other students because Prof. Puffe has a way of teaching in which the information really sticks with you. He was also always really to help out students who requested it.

    Course highlights:

I learned the extent of the connection between the Old Testament and general history. I also learned of the connections that existed between several old testament characters.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are prepared to actively take notes. It is a lecture style class that you MUST attend in order to be successful. Note taking is a must as well. No matter how well you listen, you will need notes.
