    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The mandatory class participation can be daunting at first, but that same participation ensures that you understand the readings and class lectures. Any questions still unanswered, the professor willingly answers either in class or in office hours.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to understand the evolution of political thinking. We covered quite a few ancient thinkers up through modern thought. I especially learned how to better retain each author's ideas so I can compare them to each new reading.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the reading. It helps when you are called upon in class, as well as for the random pop quizzes.
