    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course isn't bad itself, but sometimes the instructor can be a bit unorganized and the class becomes uninformative.

    Course highlights:

I did not learn much from this course, however, there were many psychologists covered as well as their contributions to mental health.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the notes and textbook and the course tests will be easy. Psychology is sort of a self taught class depending on the instrustors one is assigned.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Monique Saenz is a very hard instructor. If you don't like lectures and do well in study groups then this is the class for you, but if you are looking for her to 'teach' you, you are out of luck... also, be prepared to read a lot. There are several tests during the semester and a final. A very hard class, but a nice lady.

    Course highlights:

Like I said above, she is a very hard instructor that kind of makes you learn on your own even though you are paying her to teach you. My favorite part was the section on colors and visualization and sleep patterns. The last few weeks of class were the best because that is when we actually studied and she let us ask her lots of questions for the Final Exam.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be prepared to take lots of notes. Not lecture notes, but notes on the chapters she assigns you. Don't just cram for the test. Study, study, study!

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a very interactive course that thoroughly explores and introduces psychology.

    Course highlights:

I learned many things about humans and human nature through this course and finally got an explanation for why many things in life occur and how the human mind works.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to keep up with the text book reading and be interactive in the discussions. Also always be open minded when learning about new concepts.
