    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This is the best course to take in college. It helps you not only how to eat well, but how the body breaks down proteins, carbs, and fats and how your body uses them to produce energy.

    Course highlights:

    My favorite part about this course was analyzing my diet for 3 days and seeing what nutrients was over eating or under eating.

    9-11 hours

    Put a lot of details in your outlines and always read everything!
