    | Would not recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor doesn't take well to students asking questions when they are confused, so unless you already have prior knowledge of the subject, I would not recommend taking his class.

    Course highlights:

The course overall is a good one to have under your belt as it applies to a plethora of real life situations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You will definitely need the book to supplement your lecture notes.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because no matter what your interest is, economics and the way the economy works is something I believe everyone should have at least some knowledge in. Professor Chen works at a very reasonable pace and makes sure all of the information she is presenting is recorded by her students so that we will not be surprised by anything when the test roles around.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was that I absorbed so much more information then I thought I would. I can now thoroughly explain terms and concepts to someone with regard to microeconomics. I can evaluate models to explore consequences of economic proposals on households and businesses. I can also assess the relationship between government policies and business decisions. From this course I gained a very good understanding of how the economy works but also how it relates to everyday life as well as the roles government plays in everyday life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you show up to class, stay organized, do your homework and take good notes and really listen to what the professor is saying you will have no problem passing this class with the grade you desire.
