    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course to take if interested in learning sign language. But we go over the signs once and the teacher expects us to know the signs. It's a little challenging. We aren't allowed to use our voices which allowes for mandatory learning if you want to know what's going on in the class.

    Course highlights:

I now have a new appreciation for deaf and hard of hearing people and how hard they work to become members of our society. Deaf people are scientists, doctors, business men and woman as well as lawyers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice ,practice, practice. It gets tougher. If you don't pay attention in the beginning you will be very lost as time goes by. Attend your deaf events early and work on your deaf portfolio because time catches up with you and you will think you have enough time to complete the assignments but the assignments are pretty lengthy and take a few hours to complete.
