    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is rather challenging, but the professor is willing to work with students and aid in any help needed. Great sense of community within peers and teacher.

    Course highlights:

The course specified on analysis of stories, novels, excerpts and propaganda. I learned how to formulate essays and writings to be better understood and full of impact.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in the course you must really love to write and have a good understanding on how to analyze topics that are brought up throughout the class. You must not procrastinate and be willing to put in the extra hours in order to see a significant change in your level of knowledge.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class only if you're already good at writing. Otherwise the topics are extremely unpleasant to deal with. Along with abnormal topics the Professor is very difficult to follow and rambles constantly.

    Course highlights:

I learned to write a bit better but it is very guided to the professors liking. The professor also practically rewrites essays for you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing is to turn something in for each essay. The Professor will practically help you rewrite it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was more like crash course on how to write proper essay's. It is very helpful for college freshmen, so they can get to know the expectations in a college essay

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot, form making a proper MLA format paper, to making proper citations. Bibliographies was a big thing I learned.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of everything, stay organize, and watch your timing. While some assignments seem far away if you are not aware of the dates they will pile up on you.
