Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course solely for its professor. She was so clear during the lecture it made the textbook easier to follow. She also went over our exams with us, which is rare for a professor to do. Overall she was just a great instructor.

    Course highlights:

This course dealt with the components of the cells and how they might have evolved to this point. It had micro and macro level component of life that Ms.Pope taught us could function on its own or could be part of a greater life. One of the most important facts she tried to instill on her students is that no life form is "better" than the other, there are simply different complexities.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Always re-write your notes after class because it helps to retain the information. Reading the textbook if you feel like you've missed something during the lecture,

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone who requires it on their degree plan and I would definitely recommend this professor because he take he time to make sure his students learn the information to help you excel.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be how the professor took the time to go over everything and very detailed and made sure you learned. I learned from this class how to study for questions that aren't always asking you for a direct answer that you have to actually read the question and know the information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give to students would be to study and spend more time In your classes because I working at the time I wasn't able to just throw myself Into school like I wish I could of.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She has great pneumonics and provides plenty of examples to ensure her lectures are being a absorbed by her students. Her supplemental instructors during her Lab were very helpful and make sure each understood each experiment.

    Course highlights:

I was able to recall a lot of information from high school, but when getting back into the cell cycle I had no memory of it. The Cell Cycle is a lot of fun to go over in this course and Photosynthesis. I lovvveee plants!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

She used Pearson which a huge number of resources via online. The Study Area and visual aids do a lot of help if you need to listen/see things a couple of times to make a connection. I am really bad a testing, so the practice exams on the website gave me the confidence I needed.
