Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommended because it helps out a lot to learn how the court system and laws work. It is a perfect overview for us as citizens to know our rights and what we need to know about laws. The class is also not too difficult. The professor is great about giving dates ahead of time, staying within schedule and returning assignments on reasonable time.

    Course highlights:

The highlight to this course was its availability to be able to apply it to real life situations. It was not only business regulations, but also as employees what are our rights. People in class were able to ask questions about the laws we were studying and how they could apply it to current situations to gain a better understanding of how the regulations pertaining to those laws.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

There are case studies to read on which the laws learned will have to be applied to. It can be a bit difficult, but there is only three in the semester and one optional. The exams are clear, but can be difficult if the material has not been read. It does require reading, so the book will be necessary. Doing the reviews before the exam it is very helpful and also listening to everything the professor says during lecture and the examples that he uses.
