    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is taught by such an amazing professor that truly cares about the success of his students. If a student asks a question, he will answer it. He provides all of the needed resources to score an A on a test and encourages all of his students to join a study group. I was too shy to join a study group at first, but Mr.Thompson motivated me to create one and thanks to that I excelled in his class. Every student that needs this class should take it because it is truly a rewarding experience.

    Course highlights:

I learned that any level of math can be mastered if I apply myself and study extremely hard. I also learned how to be a leader in my study group because so many people looked up to me for help. Overall, the professor of this class helped motivate me to do my best because hard work is always rewarded!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely advise students to form a study group and actually attend the meetings. Study groups are a key factor to success in this class because that is the place where you will get the extra help that you need. I would also advise students to always ask questions when they get lost during the lecture because the professor will always answer them! Another thing that I would advise students is to complete the review that the professor gives them because that is the only way to know if they are ready for the test or not and it definitely boosts your grade if you know how to do the problems on the review.
