    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was very insightful and engaging. While there was a lot of work, the outcome is a wholesome view on the history of music.

    Course highlights:

The class follows the development of music from the middle ages to the modern period

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY AND READ THE CHAPTERS! This class requires a lot of studying because the tests (every freaking day) are extremely specific short answers or fill in the blanks.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is great and explains the course very well. Hes open to questions and further understanding . Works around your emergency and provides extra credit . Always prepared and makes sure everyone has a opportunity to pass. It was a fun way to earn my college art credit.

    Course highlights:

I learn about music and all its time periods. Explored classical and baroque music to add to my playlists. Highlights to this course what music jokes that was corny but fun. Seeing talent the students at Houston Community College Stafford had by attending their performances for extra credit.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

i advice you to pay attention . Study because you don't do assignments all your grades come from exams you take every three to four weeks. Take the extra credit assignments and attend because it can raise your grade and GPA. Go to class and just find a interests in the course.
