    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a very thorough study of Pre-Historic art to Gothic Art. Not only is this class very interesting, but it teaches students, artistic techniques, the history behind the art, the people who changed the artistic canon and their motives. This class opens a students mind to other societies and their cultural motives behind creating an object. Not to mention that the professor is clearly passionate about this material.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are looking at pieces of art that are aesthetically pleasing and learning about the importance of its past/history. In addition to this, learning information that will be extremely useful to other history and/or english composition classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

An important thing to remember when taking this course is to always participate. Saying what is on your mind (even if you are in doubt) will allow the teacher to explain the correct information in depth and even appreciate you for your efforts in giving a logical answer.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recomend this course because professor Hill seemed to not only care deeply for the subject that he was teaching but also about how the students were as well. He took passion in the subject and also in trying to make it fun for others as well.

    Course highlights:

I learned about a lot of different artist and the different types of art styles that there are scattered through out the world and the culture that they revolve in.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study the book and whatever professor Hill tells you to because as long as you do that it is an easy A.
