Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Only would recommend it if you have not taken it anywhere else. Will recommend it if you are planning to jump on board to HCC Nursing program. This course is only worth 2 credits, so it will not transfer to another local community college.

    Course highlights:

Pretty laid back course. Book is not required. Heavy group work and presentation. Math is heavily done each week.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take her if you want someone to walk with you side by side. Professor Rix is really awesome. She does the best she can and she is very lovely, sweet and very understanding.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. McDaniel is unorganized, but she will make sure that you pass her class.

    Course highlights:

The most informative part of this class was insulin dosage and calculations depending on the class and speed of release.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do ALL of the assigned reading!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I studied for this course at least 3 times a week so I didn't have to crash for finals. He made everything simple and easy to remember.

    Course highlights:

I learned about different classes of medications, what medications can and cannot be taken together, and their uses. I also learned how to identify what a medication was for by the names of the medicine.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay close attention, highlight was he tells you is important, and never leave an answer blank on an exam.
