    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it not only informs students on basic nutrition but how it affects our bodies, why eating certain foods contributes to your health and how to live a long healthy life. Also If you're like me and love learning about science it's a very intriguing class to take.

    Course highlights:

The main thing that I learned is what a saying that I've heard all my life truly meant which is you are what you eat. This statement is very much true because every single thing that we put in our bodies affects us either negatively or positively depending on the item.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I honestly say just attend every class, pay attention and take key notes on what the teachers says because they're there to help you, you just have to take advantage of the opportunities given.
