Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is the most wonderful teacher I have ever met. The way he teaches is hillarious. He gives a lot of examples relating to our daily life which are really easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

I have had take Biol 1308 before which had similar contents like Biol 1406 except lab times. However, I barely understood anything in 1308 because which I was given was only ppt slides. This course filled in all the knowledge which I had missed. I tottally love this professor and this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and follow the instructions He always tell you which would be on the test. Therefore listen carefully. Some exams will be open-book!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a very comprehensive course to learn about the basics of Biology.

    Course highlights:

I learned a great deal about the cell structure of human beings in detail from this course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend revising the stuff learned in class on a daily basis so that you have track of what is going on in the class, otherwise it is very difficult to grasp the material later.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a very rigorous course! My advice is that you HAVE to study to be successful in this course. It's a very interesting course. I recommend this class to be one of the first college courses to take because it's so hard. Just try your best to get it out of the way!

    Course highlights:

The highlights include that Irma a very hands-on course! If you took biology in high school, this course is kind of like a refresher, but you also learn new things. It focuses a lot of human reproduction and basic composition of life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! I use flashcards and online quizzes. Practice on time-management because this course requires a lot of it. Always read the assigned chapters thoroughly.
