Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Alvarez is a great teacher! He is very passionate on what he lectures. All lectures are straight to the point, he focused on specific eras and always mentioned the dates so it would be easy when one would study. That being said, he is very organized with his work and he provides extra credit to help your grade.

    Course highlights:

Before taking this class I was not very much interested in History, but Professor Alvarez makes the lectures so remarkable. I learned everything about immigration, a broad amount of wars, and interesting facts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Professor Alvarez does not use powerpoints, he just lectures verbally so it will be best to record his lectures.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The early History classes he teaches are difficult and there is no way around that.

    Course highlights:

What makes him a great teacher is that he teaches with enthusiasm and adds humor to lectures.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I reached the point of giving up in his class, but he noticed and didn't give up on me. Dude teaches for the students, not a paycheck
