    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was a "reverse course" in which lectures were watched online at home and then only quizzes were done in class. I had a hard time with some of the material based on it being all online videos. I did well on all the class quizzes, but failed all the tests due to not being able to understand how the questions were worded.

    Course highlights:

Organic chemistry, hydrobromation, directing effects of a substituent

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Please just take the class with Dr. Hessel. She is a much better professor and takes the time to make sure everyone understands the content.
