    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is necessary for any individual who would like to work in a corporation as an accountant. This class is similar to Individual Taxation as far as coursework, but it is less difficult.

    Course highlights:

In this course, you learn about taxation for Corporations, Partnerships, LLC's, etc. The material is difficult and requires a lot of memorization as well as understanding of Tax Codes. There is a major Tax Project, but Dr. Williams is semi lenient.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to set some time aside for all homework assignments. Be prepared to study for exams - you will not do well if you take them without studying.
