    Course Overview:

    Good course for anyone interested in public speaking. You will gain confidence and you will be able to overcome your hesitation or fear of public speaking.

    Course highlights:

    Freedom to choose our own topics for speaking. Good feedback from the professor regarding the speaking presentation. Realized my problems with public speaking.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Choose the speaking topic that you have a lot of information on. Practice before giving a speech.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it to anyone not only for communication majors but for anyone who wants to learn or is interested in the basis of public speaking. it is a fun course that brings people out of their comfort zone and students leave there with the confidence needed to become competent when giving a speech.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the importance of the power of the podium How eye contact can help with engaging the audience and how handy bullet points can be

    Advice for students:

    For any new students considering this course I recommend that you go in assuming you know absolutely nothing about public speaking and to not be afraid to fail on the first speech and before you know it, you'll be able to give a fine speech for almost any occasion.
