    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Thomas was on of the best professors I've had at UHD. Not only does she make the information extremely easy to understand, she explicitly states what she expects of students, so there are never any surprises.

    Course highlights:

After taking this course I had a clear understanding of the political process, public policy, the judicial system, and the role and duties of the president. I also learned how laws are implemented at the federal level, and how some laws can be implemented differently based on the state. I finished the course with an understanding of why people choose to go into politics.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to make sure that you take the initiative to read the course material. It's the teachers job to provide the information in an easy to understand way, but it's your job as a college student to process and retain the information properly.
