    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Taught me how speak in public and things to do and not to do while speaking in front of people. Not so nervous anymore.

I learned how to site sources while speaking and how to properly demonstrate something.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always prepare and practice your speeches ahead of time! Don't wait till the last minute!

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because it builds up communication skills that are needed in the work force.

    Course highlights:

Through this course I was able to write my own speeches and give them to an audience. I learned to have confidence in myself when I'm speaking in front of an audience. I became more comfortable the more I spoke and began to relax after my first speech. The class gave me and or helped me with skills that I'm going to need in the near future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying for unit tests isn't an option if you want to pass with a good grade. Procrastinating and waiting until the last possible minute to write your speech also isn't the best way to go. Just get your assignments done and make the deadlines and this course won't be that bad.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Don't get gerrity she a horrible speech teacher that does not help her students. She makes the class dreadful . She grades you on everything when you are presenting your speech. If you stare at the wall too long she deducts 5 points off your presentation.

    Course highlights:

I learned that if you don't practice your speech you're not going to do as well as if you did practice. Learn to work with my nervousness not against it because the way you speak and handle yourself depends on it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Only take it if It's required for your major if not don't take it and don't get gerrity. She will tell you to ask other students in the class for help when you email her. Which I believe is ridiculously stupid
