Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am more of a chemistry and math person so history courses are more difficult for me. My advice.. take courses you dislike more than the others in the afternoon NOT in the mornings. After I can get get into the learning mode, get some lunch in me, and focus I do much better in the courses I have to work harder in.

    Course highlights:

History always comes back around. Bell bottom jeans, velvet chokers, flower child clothing.. Learn your history and you will better understand our present and future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get used to reading.. a lot. While math and science courses are about working things out history courses are about information in mass quantity.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was perfect for my schedule. I would have the opportunity to do my high school work during the week. On the weekends, I would focus mainly on this class. It worked out very well for me.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would be learning about the history of the political parties. I also enjoyed the discussion of the week near Election Day. Many of the discussions would make me think outside of my bubble, and think of what is going on around me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the book is your best bet. Summarizing the chapters and paying close attention to the definitions will help a lot.
