Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Owens is very animated while lecturing, he gives his students plenty of opportunities to earn grades but does not swamp students with busy work. The assignments given make the student use critical thinking and helps keep them engaged in the class.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the class for myself was in the assignments that allowed freedom to choose my own topics such as the video review assignment allowed us to choose from the libraries documentaries and write a review of the work chosen. I was able to chose a topic that I was interested in instead of being told what to write.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete all the course work with academic honesty and be engaged in the course material by showing up to class and being prepared. Doing these things will certainly pass you in this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor was an amazing educator. He was very helpful and understanding. The course itself is very easy if you do not procrastinate and do your weekly assignments on time.

    Course highlights:

This course teaches you how to manage your time and to plan ahead. Also, you will need more advanced writing skills since you will be required to write multiple essays through the semester, and a 1,200 word book review at the end of the course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate! If you choose to take this course online, as I did, then you need to be sure that you have a reliable internet source. Professor Owens is understanding when computer problems arise, but it is best to avoid problems like this as much as possible.
