Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The information is very helpful in narrowing down career options within the exercise department. The curriculum is designed to challenge your selected career path and solidify your identity in that decision.

    Course highlights:

I gained insight from other careers outside of the one I have chosen. This course really broadened my knowledge of my major and influenced me to add a minor in a different discipline to gain more experience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful, reading is strongly necessary. You must stay on top of your reading in order to make high scores on exams. However, outside of the textbook, the projects in this course is solely up to you on how successful you want to be. They are not complex assignments and with good time management, you can easily make an A and gain great background information.
