Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because it's interesting to learn and understand the elements and principles of visual arts as well as the different styles that occured over many time periods from the Renaissance to present day.

    Course highlights:

I gained so much art vocabulary during this course which has helped me understand thoroughly all the other art classes I have taken since! Vocabulary terms are such an essential part for an art student because not knowing what certain words mean can have you lost on the material entirely.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class reading the textbook and taking notes are extremely important! Taking notes in class is important because the professor may add in a few important pieces of information that will be on the exams, so pay attention to any key words, gestures, or sayings. Reading is also important because it helps you further your knowledge on what the professor is going to talk about during class, especially when references are made.
