Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I recommend this class as an excellent introduction to international relations. Professor Kroenig is an great lecturer, and he assigns relevant, thoughtful readings. Aside from weekly readings, this course consisted of a midterm, essay and final exam. Kroenig and the TAs had reasonable expectations and graded fairly.
Since nuclear weapons are Professor Kroenig's favorite subject, I learned a fair amount about the patterns of nuclear weapons usage and proliferation. Kroenig also devoted an entire lecture to dissecting the Iranian nuclear deal, including detailing the events leading up to it and assessing alternate strategies of reacting to Iran's nuclear program.

Advice for students:
Completing the readings isn't mandatory, but it's definitely helpful. They're a simple way to prepare for lectures and to prevent having to learn a ton of dense material right before the exam.
