Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend Prof. Washington's Business Law class because it was a very interesting class. She was a very good professor that explained things in terms you could relate to, She cared more about us learning the information she provided rather than just rushing thru the class and throwing test in to 'have something to grade' .
As I pointed out in the above question, Prof. Washington explained the topics in 'layman's terms' so the everyday student could comprehend and retain the information. I learned quite a bit in her class. Various laws in the civil and criminal world. I also felt the connection between this class and the Government class I took in the previous semester---how they go hand and hand together.

Advice for students:
I would advise other students to be in class and read the assignments. This is a lot of information to learn and retain. Make sure to go over all study questions and ask questions if you do not understand a particular problem. Prof. Washington will go over these issues in class, just in case you are not the only one that is struggling.
