Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Travis was a great inspiration, and really made sure we knew our stuff! She was willing to work with you as much as you needed, and was more than happy to work around your schedule! And I know calculus all the better for it!

    Course highlights:

I gained a very precise knowledge of mathematical notation, and everything about driving equations! She was incredibly helpful, and really showed us how to adjust tirelessly attack an equation and figure out all the problems given!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just make sure you're doing your homework, and are willing to study for the test! They come hard and fast in a summer course, but because of that you really don't have time to forget anything. Just try to keep up, and you'll do fine!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor was very nice and explained the concepts simply and easily.

    Course highlights:

The course is old fashioned. The professor discusses the new topics and solves problems on the board while students take notes and ask questions.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you have any questions, ask! Also, if you are having trouble keeping up in class, make sure to do the homework.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Far is incredibly passionate about math and helping his students learn. I took him for both precal and calculus and thoroughly enjoyed both semesters. He takes time to explain anything and everything and makes you feel comfortable asking questions.

    Course highlights:

I learned all the basics of calculus 1 but I feel as if I learned them in greater detail than I would have in other classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise to always do your homework, never be afraid to ask questions, and be on time.
