    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took British Literature as an online class so there was a lot of work involved. However it was not particularly hard work, just time consuming. Also, the professor eats fairly and and is easy to communicate with.

    Course highlights:

The course has three major essays, a presentation, weekly discussion posts and quizzes. For each of the assignments there are required readings. Throughout the course, we read both Frankenstein and 1984 and plenty of short stories and poems from the Romantic Era to modern times.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the required readings and follow the instructions on assignments very carefully. If there are any questions or issues email the professor immediately. Also, make sure to turn in everything on time.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely would recommend this course to any student who loves literature. Musgrove is an amazing professor who is always there to guide her students. Most of the in class work consists of sharing ideas and different interpretations with other students.

    Course highlights:

My highlight of this course was reading the short stories. I loved going to class to hear what other students got from the text. Sometimes listening to other students allowed me to view a text in a different way. Writing about specific texts also helped me understand the meanings behind them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My biggest advice for this course is for students to read the assigned text. It is extremely important because it will help students understand the class discussions. The class discussions are very helpful because the professor and the students dissect the readings. This will eventually help you when you have to write you writing projects.
