    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend it because you can get fit and a good grade.

    Course highlights:

    I learn many vocabulary terms that are useful to me in the future when I start building body mass.

    Just don't give up on the excersises!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Vennard cares about her students and pushes us to do our personal best. She is understanding if you cant participate in an exercise session but she will make sure when you are feeling better, you perform.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were that Professor Vennard modivated me to continue to go workout anf stay healthy. I learned a lot about personal health and the body with the certain foods and exercises.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Definetly make sure you wear proper shoes and have a change of clothes, you will workout hard and long.
