    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Its required so i dont not recommend it. Its a rather boring class. I knew most of the material from highschool.

    Course highlights:

I learned what a flying buttress was. Also learned about various historical artworks i didnt know of before.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Look through the pictures in the textbook and about what the purpose is for them being represented in the book. Do the represent atmospheric perspective? Gothic archetecture?

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is very uninteresting for me. I also did not like having to write papers over formal elements of pieces of art. The grading on the papers is difficult.

    Course highlights:

Although I did not really like this course, I learned a lot about the elements of artwork. There is so much more than just a picture or painting. Also, we were required to visit an art museum in Dallas. It was a fun and new experience.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard for the exams! Make sure to look over all of the photos and know what kind of artwork they represent. You need to know the terms for the exams too because most of the test is composed of them. Also, keep reminders for yourself of when quizzes are due.
