    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Go to class! He gives out Practice exams and goes over them. If you need help you can go to his office and he will answer it in seconds. The practice exam will be a majority of the test so don't forget to study the rest.

    Course highlights:

Science is a lot more than just looking at stuff through a microscope. Sometimes the reactions are more than that.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The SI sessions are optional if you need help. Just Youtube second year college chem or chem 1420 final review then you will absorb it better. There are only test grades so your grade will depend on how well you do. But he curves

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are a science major, then you are required to take this course. But, if you're deciding on a professor, then I highly recommend Professor D'Souza; he's an expert in this field so you're definitely getting the best learning experience. This is not a course to be taken lightly, so read the textbook and attend class.

    Course highlights:

I would have to say the weekly quizzes are definitely one of the highlights. The quizzes are based on what you have learned that week, so it's additional help in studying for your exams. Both the quizzes and homework assignments also help bump up your grade.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read! For me, personally, reading the textbook before the weekly quizzes has increased my quiz grade significantly. Also, even though attendance is hardly taken, it is in your best interest to attend all classes, lecture and recitation. The sample problems presented in lecture will definitely help on your exams and the homework problems discussed during recitation will help you better grasp the concepts.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Class consists of extremely hard quizzes and tests. It's all open book, but you should still study ahead of time.

    Course highlights:

Teacher goes in depth on every topic. So it is hard to pick out which one to study for.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study everything in depth.
