Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is online and you can get it done whenever you want as long as you get it done.

    Course highlights:

You learn alot about being able to diet and control your eating. You learn how to read nutrition facts and make calculations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be able to control you time. Time management skils areessential because you are the only person reminding yourself that there is a test or quiz due. There is a bit of wierd math in this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone, regardless of you're major. You really learn about what your body needs, what you're doing to your body with the type of foods you intake, and the course in itself is a good teacher of time management and personal pacing skills.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me would be the textbook quizzes and discussion posts. I know that sounds strange but I thoroughly enjoyed them, because this was the time I got to really research throughout the textbook and learn things about food and its effect on the human body. Some of the anatomy lessons I was already familiar with, but learning about them more in depth was definitely interesting and I think would appeal to anyone who has a slight interest in taking care of themselves.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to anyone taking this course would be really not look at anything as "busy work" and make the best out of all the assignments. I think every assignment during this course was reasonable and applicable to our every day lives, especially as college students. Write down in your planner when things are due. You may think you can remember, but trust me it never hurts to write it down. Answer the discussion posts how she has prompted you to do so and complete the labs. There is only four labs, just do them. Enjoy the course!
