Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend if you are highly passionate about ecology, environment and how the conservation measures taken to preserve the biosphere. Professor Baxter-Slye also tries to calm student's testing anxiety by throughly preparing the class for the exam. She is passionate about ecology and the performance of the class.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about the different scientists and how they all individually and well as collaboratively contributed to Biogeography. I had not known that the term "Biogeography" existed before this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You really need to have an interest in Biogeography to do well in this course. There are times when the material may not be interesting, and that is where your self-motivation must kick in. Do read the chapters before the exam and attend class regularly.
