Great Intro to the Subject
Pretty easy, overall.
This class focused on the relaxation of the body with the focus on breathing techniques and stretching. This class serves as a great buffer class to have in between all of your difficult core classes.
I enjoyed the ability to relax and just breathe. There was nothing required or expected of you in this class, regardless of it being hosted by the dance department. It is a wonderful class that I looked forward to everyday.
