    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class changed my life! It is so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day hustle and bustle of the modern world. We forget to breathe, relax, rejuvenate, and think for ourselves. This class was, sincerely, an introspection of how to become at ease and just be a human being. Since the class is holistic by nature, we studied many topics- meditation, breathing exercises, movement designed to release tension and blocked energy, and natural homeopathic remedies for common diseases and illnesses. I felt enlightened when this class was over. Honestly, I may take it again... just because.

    Course highlights:

Seeing the lifestyle of a teacher who practices what she preaches. Daily reminders of how to make yourself a better person within your body, mind, and spirit. Obtaining information that can be applied to any part of your life.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be open. See beyond what the world wants you to see. Have a compassionate heart (it helps when clearing out negativity). Practice regularly. Teach someone else the information you learn. Believe in the power of yourself to heal anything from physical pain to emotional trauma.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was a nice, relaxing break from my daily schedule. We did yoga and other techniques for relaxation including Tai Chi. I liked learning about different ways to deal with stress in our daily lives and the class itself was a stress reliever. There was some actual classwork and homework, but it always seemed pertinent to what we were learning in class.

    Course highlights:

I think my favorite part was the Tai Chi day because it was so cool to learn and do. I learned so many ways to be rid of stress and anxiety in this class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell you to show up every day because it is so rewarding, especially if you're having a stressful day or week. I think it's easy to succeed in this class if you just try to participate in what you're learning in class that day and follow directions on assignments.
