Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Pros: This course is extremely relevant to the age we live in. More and more jobs have a digital aspect now, and knowledge about all things digital is becoming a must. Cons: 4 group projects are required with the same group all semester. The exams are somewhat tricky as most of the questions are true/false. Neutral: The course book isn't a textbook but a non-fiction book called the World is Flat 3.0. It's a long read but very relevant.

    Course highlights:

I learned how companies leverage digital tools to stay successful, which ties into how we as individuals can use digital tools to stay ahead. I learned the language many companies use when they talk about their digital strategy, such as SEO, heat maps, A/B testing, metrics, omnichannel, tradigital, social media marketing, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your projects, there are lots of due dates. Make sure you takes notes. Don't leave the final project to the last minute and be sure to follow her instructions and rubric carefully!
