    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Tam has studied the brain very thoroughly. She understands how people learn. I have learned more in her class than I did in Burleson's 1710 biology class. Her tests come straight from the notes. If you go to class everyday, you will for sure get an A in her class.

    Course highlights:

So far, I have learned what areas in the brain control what part of the body. For example, the amygdala controls the fight-or-flight reflex. The brain stem regulates the heartbeat, blood pressure, the central nervous center and more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to class everyday. Before the tests, make sure to look at the previous exam, which will also be the review.
