    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This class is not at all difficult and a wonderful stepping stone for health science course or professions

    Course highlights:

    The information covered in this course effects everyone, it's great to learn and have this information to keep yourself health throughout college

    Read the text book, do the labs, you'll be fine!

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It teaches you a lot about nutrition and health. Very important information that could gear you towards a much better diet.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights were learning what I am actually eating when I have a meal and what it may or may not do to my system.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    I would tell students to pay close attention and study hard so that you may succeed as best as possible.
