Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a great introduction into Animal Science containing the basic terminology, animal uses, reproduction, digestion and history of how different animals were domesticated and their different uses in todays society.

    Course highlights:

I learned the different terminology of livestock depending on sex, age, gender and reproductive capabilities. We discussed the difference in ruminant and non ruminant digestion and how animals are used for food, clothing and work in human society.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study the different terms used in the course for livestock when given the guide and show up to class.
