Pretty easy, overall.
This is the kind of course that is relatively interesting and the grading is extremely easy, so you can really try and learn the stuff and take interest in it.
Talked about the different components of computers such as memory, input, output, datapath, etc. Lectures were straight off the ppt slides which were pretty well made, and then in lab we took the concepts from lecture and tried to apply them. Emphasis on try because almost nobody could do the labs without being walked step by step through them with a TA.

Advice for students:
Try and understand the concepts in lecture and ask Dr. Simar as many questions as you'd like.
