    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Anatomy and Physiology is a difficult subject and even for a 12 weeks, very rigorous. Professor Gilmore has been one of the VERY best instructors that I have ever had the privilege of studying under. He made the material comprehendible and fun. Taking AP 1 inspired me to go into the healthcare profession. I took AP2 with Prof. Gilmore as well, and it was equally as fascinating. He is always available for tutoring and motivating.

    Course highlights:

Dissection and hands on learning. Learning from a book and notes is helpful, but being able to put it into action like dissection a cat to study all of the muscle groups is a tremendous way to learn and very helpful.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the course seriously! Do not think you can get by just by reading the books and lecture notes. Go to the lab on your free time and study the material. Pick study partners that are wanting to succeed in the class and take it seriously. If you put forth the effort you will see the results at the end of the semester and it will be extremely rewarding!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Would have him as a professor again if I could!

    Course highlights:

Lectures are fun and he really knows what he is talking about.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

His speaking skills are wonderful, and the examples are simple yet very effective.
