    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend his class, hes a great teacher. He really knows how to make the class participate. Also goes around the room and talk to each group to get to know his students. He also has a creative way of giving his lectures.

    Course highlights:

The highlight would be, that he let us run our own campaign. Each group has to run a campaign and have one candidate. We ran and did everything an election does in order for our runner to win. We learned a lot about the Texas government, how it works. How we came about creating Texas.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard, if you read and go over what he tells you. You will be just fine. He is sort of a hard grader. However by study you won't have to worry about that.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course was really great overall. There are a lot of hands-on projects, and her lectures are easy to digest. Just make sure to read the textbook and pay attention, and you should pass the class no problem. She has a very interesting way of presenting material that was entertaining and not too distracting.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the projects that we completed in this course. We were assigned a property tax project, and while it doesn't sound too interesting, it was actually quite enjoyable. The assignment was to create a protest of our own property taxes using analysis of actual data. This course, along with others, has helped me apply what I learned in the classroom to realistic‚Äč situations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You will need to read the textbook beforehand to participate in class discussion. Class discussion and lecture are the primary teaching style for this course. You will need to take notes to review the material later and to use on exams.
