    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend her ENGL 1302 class due to the fact that Professor Palmer is an extremely helpful professor who genuinely cares about you understanding the course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was how to think critically and creatively when reading literature. After class, you'll have more insight when reading.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not be afraid of speaking up and do not be afraid to ask for help with the reading and writing aspects.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Lunsford is one of those teachers that seems good the first time but than the next semester you have her thinks she knows everything about you. She gave out a questionnaire the first day of class and than said, now I know how many of you should respond, speaking towards her former students. She is a harsh grader but she is also pretty fair when she grades.

    Course highlights:

She does touch on grammar is she feels the class needs it. When we were assigned papers she let us pick which story we wanted to right about and our topic from a list of topics and stories she had given us. The in class discussions were good especially when it was over things like, "Why did you like this story over this story?"

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to pass the class is to agree with her thinking and be theatrical. She likes to be entertained so long as she agrees with the thinking. Though when writing a paper for her she tends to care more about how well it is written and if you can carry a logical argument through out.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor I had was more concerned with an essay that was similar to his instead of one which was good.

    Course highlights:

I learned that in order to pass a class with an A sometimes you must swallow your pride and follow the crowd.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some of the advice I would give people taking this course would be write essays how he wants it nor matter how bad is it.
