    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it only because it is a required basic course. Personally, I just don't enjoy history. It is not a bad class, however. Anyone who likes history will enjoy this class as it is a recount of the second half of American history.

    Course highlights:

It was all about the second half of American history, starting around the Civil War time. Other than the actual education information, being in this course taught me a lot about keeping my stuff organized, staying up to date, and always coming prepared to class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study. Even for classes that sound super easy. History is not a complicated subject, but your professors are expecting some serious specifics. Stay organized. You get one copy of your work. If you lose it, you're in trouble. Also, come prepared for class. Professors like to see a student that has all their stuff in order and prepared before hand. It makes their life easier, makes things go faster, and keeps you from getting too stressed out about having everything you need on time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed the way the class was taught, it was engaging and fun. I was involved in it because History was always an interesting subject for me. It was about the post Civil War era to present.

    Course highlights:

We read a book! "Unbroken" by Lauren Hillenbrand was about Louie Zamperini an Olympic runner drafted in to the Army Air Corp in WWII. His planed crashed and he was stranded at sea for 43 days with little food and water, He ended up getting captured by the Japanese and went through many POW camps.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Find the time to do your work because it will help you succeed in the long run. Not procrastinating is a key to getting good grades.
