    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this professor for three reasons, one, she gives you a timeline of everything on the syllabus so you already know what to do, two, she makes all the chapters relatable to what is happening today so you don't feel bored and third, she only has exams so if you do your part and study and come to class you can pass the only three exams she gives and pass the course.

    Course highlights:

I learned about we developed America's system and basically that our "founding fathers" never wanted a two party system.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

READ THE BOOK! Im telling you, it will save alot of confusion if you have to miss class or still have questions read the required book. Stay updated.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very interesting to listen to and actually tries to connect with his students. You don't have to participate but the class discussions are interesting enough that a lot of people choose to participate. There is no busy work but there is extra credit and only a few tests. If you pay attention in class, go to the SIs and study you should do very well.

    Course highlights:

We learned about federalism, civil rights and civil liberties, elections and roles of government. You go over Texas and National government. The discussions on civil rights and civil liberties were the most interesting and what I enjoyed the most in the class. Tkacick relates each topic to current events which is also very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the SI! His SI is great and he gives the instructor most of the information that will be on the test. The SI also creates a detailed review which helps a lot on the test and that is not handed to you in class. Its really not that much work either. The SI is only 2 hours a week and I usually on studied for about 4 hours total two nights before the test and I got a high B in the class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is easy if you study and pay attention.

    Course highlights:

He tries to be funny with you. This is just basic history that you should already know.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to Si and office hours so he might bump up your grade.
