    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a wonderful class with a great hands-on lab. Professor Barker is mindful and hilarious, and he gladly helps any and all students. His notes are very easy to follow along with and the labs give you practical application to what you are currently studying in lecture. I really enjoyed getting to study different rocks and minerals!

    Course highlights:

Good overview of the basics and principles of geology. Studied things like rocks, minerals, earth processes like earthquakes, volcanoes, mountains, and some basic geography!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you get the notes from lectures-- his tests are straight from his notes!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is all about memorizing. If you take good notes and study them from start to finish you can make an A.

    Course highlights:

There were no hilights. You basically just listen to the lecture and review on your own.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the SI and his office if you don't get something.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a relatively easy class if u study and not cram before the test

    Course highlights:

The class gave me a new outlook on life and made me see the difference between the rocks instead of just seeing a rock. I learned how to classify everything and know what it means

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to the lecture and don't skip too often or you will be sorry. Go get help of you need it. Start studying weeks before the actual test and don't cram.
